India-ASEAN Youth Awards

It is surprisingly great honour that Mr. Sok Sopheakmonkol, Codingate’s CEO and Co-Founder was announced last night as the winner of the Young Leader of the Year at the 1st India-ASEAN Youth Awards that co-organized by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Indian Ministry of External Affairs.         

India-ASEAN Youth Awards was inspired by a Young Leaders Forum which is an exclusive forum of young achievers from different segments of society. The Young Leaders Forum, comprising of young professionals and young achievers drawn from diverse fields of business and industry aims at building confidence and leadership skills amongst its young members.


There are 10 awards categories given to young entrepreneurs from India & ASEAN who are at/under the age of 40 years including:

1.    Young Leader of the year

2.    Young Achiever: Retail & E-commerce sector

3.    Young Achiever: Sports

4.    Most Innovative Business Idea

5.    Young Women Achiever

6.    Young Achiever: Art & culture

7.    Young Achiever: Family business

8.    Young Achiever: Corporate Social responsibility

9.    Young Achiever:  Finance sector

10. Young Achiever: Tourism sector

Besides Codingate, two other Cambodian awards nominees won the two other awards categories: Young Women Achiever was given to Cambodia Center for Human Rights and Young Achiever: Tourism sector was given to RTR Tours Co., Ltd.    

It’s noteworthy that by late 2017, Codingate has won a series of International and Regional awards listed in the below journey:
